About this artwork
I sought to capture the raw energy and movement of two knights locked in combat, their clash unfolding amidst a whirlwind of expressive brushstrokes and vibrant colour. At the time, I was intrigued by the idea that only through care and intention can a garden truly flourish, using it as a metaphor for the delicate balance required to nurture harmonious relationships.
The landscape behind the figures pulses with wild, untamed energy, yet within its… vibrant chaos lies an invitation for the viewer to explore, to find their own meaning within the interplay of form and colour.
