This painting represents freedom in its purest form — a sailboat dancing confidently on deep blue waves, inspired by the legendary “Luna Rossa.”
I created it during a time in my life when I felt a strong desire for movement and a challenge to conventions, just like this iconic Italian sailing team.
The striped sail, with its red and yellow accents, captures that… feeling of joy and courage we experience when we choose to follow our own course, even when the waters get rough.
The vibrant colors are a tribute to the passion and technical precision that define Luna Rossa in its open-sea adventures.
The swirling brushstrokes around the boat represent that mix of conflicting emotions that come with every challenge — excitement, focus, hope, and determination.
I didn’t want to paint just a boat, but the feeling of freedom and strength when facing the unknown.
