About this artwork
Take your time with this one. "Blue Vortex" wasn’t planned—it happened. It came out of movement, emotion, and a need to let go. There’s no single place to start or finish here. I painted it like an open field—no edges, no rules, no fixed center. Just motion. Just presence. Just me, in the moment, letting the paint lead.

Sonia J. is a contemporary abstract painter whose work operates beyond the white cube.
