About this artwork
The blue worked in a fluid way offers depth and nuance. The white, applied in successive layers, alternating coating and rubbed pigment, is expressed in a translucent veil, in a form of mystical materiality. In this work, I merged coatings, chalks and inks to create a landscape of the soul, where deep blue and immense clarity coexist. It is an expression of infinity, a meditation on the inner cosmos. Abstraction invites introspection, each look is…
a journey to one's own universe. This painting embodies an energy that will stimulate the mind and bring a mystical serenity to your home.

Switzerland
Stéphane Meier, trained in architecture, was passionate about various forms of art, devoting himself mainly to painting. He uses mixed media to create poetic visual scenes, manipulating coatings, pigments, inks and acrylics using different application methods. Superimposing layers, he seeks to create depth through transparency, representing the metamorphoses of time. Meier's works are introspective, he creates portals to memory, inviting the expression of emotions, revealing the spiritual texture of matter.
