About this artwork
This rendering is part of a collection of illustrations that were done for a Christian mission, for their pamphlet they had published to inform the church community, and the military personnel who are stationed at the post nearby, of the services they offer to them. This mission reaches out to the military with the gospel of Christ, through a hospitality ministry. On a Rach, they hold Bible studies - dinner, weekend retreat for soldiers who are in…
training, who are able to get a weekend pass. they host luncheon for the church community, and the military chaplaincy. Soldier and their families who are stationed at the post, come out to participate in day trip, spend the weekend at the ranch to get away from the hang ups of military life, and enjoy good Christian fellowship in a country setting.
