About this artwork
This is "Space Encounter." The first contact. The moment when consciousness meets consciousness across the vast cosmic ocean, when luminous beings recognize each other in the infinite blue depths of space.
I created "Space Encounter" in 2021 as the opening gateway to my collection "El Infinito Intangible." This was the first work in the series, born during a meditation where I asked: What does interdimensional contact actually look like? Not alien… spaceships or sci-fi fantasies, but consciousness meeting consciousness beyond the limitations of form?
That night in my studio, working with my Apple Pencil in the liminal space between waking and dreaming, I witnessed it. Luminous particles floating in the vastness of cosmic space, each one a seed of awareness. Some glowing golden yellow, whispering secrets to orange companions. Others hovering in purple meditation at the edges of infinite blue. Each particle a universe unto itself, yet all connected through invisible threads of light.
