About this artwork
In this piece, I worked with the pull of gravity and acrylic over a black structrual form, slightly screening the original image. I then worked intuitively with pencil to suggest a wider field. I have used my singnature C02 puff to create depth and surface in the painting. The interplay of acrylics, blown paint and pencil, creates a dynamic image. The azure backdrop speckled with lighter tones and energetic pen lines, draws the eye to through many…
layers. This abstract work is designed to infuse your space with a splash of cool tranquility.
