'Fire' is an exploration of the interaction between the canvas surface, water and acrylic paint applied with a large brush in steady gestures, with gravity on pigments creating a landscape surface with rising heat in the fore ground. Susie Wright is a London born artist and curator who lives and works in Germany. With environment at the heart of her practice, she uses a range of experimental processes to create her own personal iconography.
