About this artwork
In this work from my Zenpolychromos series, I explore color as space and as experience. Transparent layers, luminous pigments, and flowing structures overlap, creating a tension between movement and stillness.
The vertical lines emerge intuitively and are reminiscent of energy flows gliding across the picture plane. They break through the horizontal expanse of the color fields and open up new levels of perception. For me, this process is a meditative… dialogue between control and letting go.
The intense neon and pastel tones make the image glow from within. Color here is not only visible, but tangible – it unfolds as a space of its own, in which viewers can lose themselves and simultaneously reorient themselves.
My works invite you to pause and engage in the immediate experience of color – beyond representational depiction.

My work moves between intuitive process and conceptual clarity. Through my ongoing series Zenpolychromos, I explore color as space, energy and experience. Using transparent layers, gesture and rhythm, I create paintings that invite contemplation. For me, color is not decorative but a living presence that opens a space between movement and stillness. Each work develops through a process of layering, reduction and intuitive decisions, creating compositions that balance emotional depth with visual clarity. Alongside Zenpolychromos, my collage series Fragmented Being explores identity, memory and transformation through reassembled visual fragments. My work invites viewers to experience color not simply as something to see, but as a space to enter. COLOR BECOMES SPACE.
