About this artwork
This work arose from a reflection on the inner shift caused by a significant event. Originally, the composition was conceived as a continuous trajectory: the orange lines were aligned from one panel to the next, creating a stable and predictable path.
Following the event that inspired the artwork, this structure was deliberately fragmented. The panels were moved and misaligned to reveal multiple possible directions. What was once a single path… becomes a series of forks and new trajectories.
The sand, earth and ochre tones echo desert landscapes linked to the context in which the work originated.
The polyptych format occupies a central place: it allows the viewer to recompose the path themselves and to imagine different possible readings of the work.
