same time. When I came to NY for the first time in 1968 some parts were dangerous to visit at night. I remember walking down in Bowery and up in Harlem and being scared. Nowadays it's epidemics you have to be scared of. Manhattan is and has always been like a classy lady, seductive, beautiful in all seasons, and yes one will eventually fall in love with her.
