Feuerpferd was created in one piece in a brilliant moment. It's a tribute to the Year of the Horse.
It was exhibited at ArtFair 2012 in Shanghai.
In my oil paintings I have created a dynamic, abstract play of colors and shapes that expresses passion and untamed energy. Every brush stroke is full of emotion and underlines the movement I have brought to the work. The red symbolizes fire and power - it will bring vibrant life and energy to any room… that houses it.

Thomas Hain, a visual artist who focuses on painting and was inspired by a formative encounter with art in Italy. He experiments with the glazing technique on heavy, self-stretched canvases and creates relief-like surfaces by scratching, rolling and spatulas that create a tangible tension between form and color.
