In Feeling the Glow, I immerse the figure in light—not just illuminating her, but allowing it to shape her. I let the warm reflections from the water rise and wrap around her, breaking into fragments of color that shift between clarity and abstraction. The surface behind her flickers with motion, while she remains inward and still. There is a quiet intimacy in this moment. Her gaze is lowered, her attention turned not outward, but within.
In this… piece, light becomes both presence and emotion. It moves across her form, dissolving edges and redefining shape, creating a space where sensation takes precedence over structure. The contrast between the glowing warmth and the surrounding depth introduces a tension—between exposure and reflection, between being seen and being held within the moment.
