About this artwork
According to the ancient and millenary traditions of past civilizations, we live in one of the
most chaotic periods in general sense (politics-society-environment) of history
human. The Dark Ages for the Greeks (Hesiod), the Kali-Yuga for the Hindus and so on.
Here, in particular, we wanted to represent a somewhat hypothetical scenario
“fantasy”, a sort of terminal phase of the aforementioned Kali-Yuga (hopefully the most
late as possible) in… the eternal city par excellence, political and religious centre in
universal sense. From a technical point of view it is not actually a pure digital but mixed with the intervention of acrylic paints on canvas.
