A multilayered, multicolor 3D printed relief derived from my original painting Painted dog (2021, 90x100cm).
The paired dog figures read like silent guardians—one meeting the viewer’s gaze, the other turned outward—held together by a textured darkness and a low band of green. Built from stacked contours, the surface carries a weathered, almost geological texture: pale highlights appear like fleeting light, while fine marks and cracks suggest memory… and time. The work invites touch and contemplation, balancing calm presence with quiet vulnerability.
