This unique sculptural relief is a multilayered, multicolor 3D printed work created from my original painting Two-humped camel (2021, 120 × 100 cm).
The camel’s silhouette becomes a living map—its body filled with layered scenes of waves, fish, and delicate botanical traces, as if the animal carries entire landscapes within. Translated into depth and touch, the contours reveal a rich, weathered texture where pale highlights rise like sunlit sand… against deep blue shadows. The work invites slow exploration: a quiet encounter with endurance and migration, where strength and vulnerability coexist, and the creature reads as both guardian and vessel of memory.
Viktoria Adkozalova is an award-winning Ukrainian artist who has exhibited her works in numerous solo and group events nationally. In her figurative paintings, she does not portray specific people. Instead, Adkozalova leaves identity ambiguous, allowing for the viewer to find their friends, neighbors, or even moments from their own lives. Her symbolic and intriguing compositions are created using oils on canvas.
