Title : 'Entropic Structure'
This form is something that Vince has been evolving in his work for the last few years, each iteration brings a new focus on materials, depth and colour.
For this piece he's introduced three pieces of fluorescent plexiglass. One of the pieces connect, along with two bars, the outlying structure. The other larger two pieces house small copper wire sculptures, they have essentially become coloured windows. Beneath the… wire is canvas on plywood.
Overall the work is a contemplative journey of form, curve and colour. A stop and stare piece of unique sculpture.
This piece measures:
Height: 18 inches (45cm)
Width: 35 inches (88cm)
Depth: 3/4 inch (2cm)
Two recessed keyhole slots are installed on the back for hanging horizontally. The piece also has a single keyhole slot for hanging in the vertical. The piece is ready to hang. The keyhole hanging method also allows the piece to hang flush and secure to the wall.
