About this artwork
There comes a moment when I stop telling a myth and begin searching for a presence. Lilith was born from this need: to go beyond what has already been defined.
I didn't want to represent her, but to get closer to what she embodies: the refusal to be contained, the choice to remain true to herself, even when this means being misunderstood or alone.
The gesture is collected, protected. It's not fragility, but control. The gaze doesn't seek approval:… it observes, it remains.
The horns aren't darkness, but a connection to something more ancient and instinctive. The light touches without revealing everything, leaving room for shadow, an essential part of its identity.
I didn't want it to offer itself. I wanted it to exist.
This work is a reflection on freedom: not rebellion, but essence.
