About this artwork
Dynamic Rush is inspired by the heat and humidity of the studio at the height of summer. The work reflects a heightened physical and sensory state, capturing the intensity of that moment through energetic mark-making and saturated colour.
The painting is a mindful exploration of colour, pattern, and spatial composition, where intuitive gestures respond directly to bodily sensation and atmosphere. Layered forms and dynamic lines evoke movement, pressure,… and flow, mirroring the restless environment in which the piece was created.
The work is painted on a canvas wooden panel and presented in a ready-made frame with a polyester window.

An accomplished Australian artist renowned for her vibrant abstract compositions, command of colour and instinctive grasp of spatial relationships. Her artworks are deeply influenced by nature and urban dynamics, as she seeks to push the boundaries of her work to find new ways to convey meaning and emotion.
