About this artwork
In this work, I wanted to capture the fluid energy of emotions using watercolor and ink. The bursts of color represent the unpredictability of life, while the fine lines connect every detail like invisible threads of emotion. I wanted to convey a sense of freedom and movement, an explosion of vitality that can illuminate and enliven any space in which it is displayed.

I was born in Sicily. The south and the Mediterranean are the roots of my soul and my feelings. I have a classical education. I could have been a doctor if I hadn't encountered theater. And in theater, my infinite journey into art begins. I am an actor and a director, a playwright and a writer. And I love using the verb "to be," because I have never in my life done something I am not. I love playing with light, a game I have nurtured by turning to photography, which led to an honorable mention at the IPA in Los Angeles in 2017. And in the play of light, I found painting, a language that allows me countless escapes, each of which brings me back to myself.
I exhibit in Italy and abroad, including Monte Carlo, Luxembourg, Berlin, Miami.
