About this artwork
This work is a synthesis of archetypes, symbols, and precise geometric calculations. Symmetry, sacred architectonics, and ancient symbols reveal the ideas of duality, cyclicality, and the power of transformation. At the core of the composition lies the image of Medusa—an ancient mythological figure depicted as a medallion—serving as an allegory of stillness, defiance, and beauty. Two female figures in profile, mirrored on each side, resemble caryatids.… They symbolize the duality that Greek philosophy perceived in all things: light and darkness, Eros and Thanatos, the Apollonian and the Dionysian.
''I am guided by logic and strategic vision but I try to disrupt this intuitively to embrace new rhythms and surprises.''
