This sculpture embodies the enigma of human consciousness - a fusion of architecture and thought captured in bronze. Reminiscent of an ancient temple or abandoned city, the head is riddled with arches, stairs and labyrinths. The windows and passageways in the skull suggest an inner world full of secrets and reflections.
The rough surface, covered with shades of blue and bronze, gives the sculpture an ancient appearance, as if it were an artifact… of a lost civilization. Stairs leading to nowhere symbolize a search, a journey into the depths of the mind, a ceaseless pursuit of knowledge.
This work of art invites multiple interpretations: it could be a metaphor for memory, philosophy or even dreams. It encourages us to ask ourselves which doors of our consciousness are open and which hide the unknown.

Kraft creates in a variety of genres and styles, ranging from landscapes to portraits and abstractions, as he feels that "to grow as an artist, one must get out of one's comfort zone".
