About this artwork
Frozen Cosmos captures that precise moment when motion and silence collide — a celestial explosion suspended in time. I wanted to create something that feels infinite yet still, like the quiet aftermath of creation itself.
Each curve was hand-etched into aluminium, the surface sculpted to bend light and create the illusion of movement within stillness. Layers of metallic dyes in electric blue and silver spiral from the centre like a frozen supernova,… shifting and glowing as you move around it.
For me, this piece represents balance — science meeting soul, precision meeting poetry. It’s a meditation on how even in the vastness of space, there’s order, rhythm, and quiet beauty.
When light hits Frozen Cosmos, it comes alive — radiating calm energy that transforms any interior into a place of reflection and awe.
