About this artwork
A stunning example of Davis' use of intricate composition combined with evocative motifs and his exquisite pallet, painted on a deep edge linen canvas.
'I was inspired by a sunrise over Stonehenge seen whilst driving past in December 2021. The motifs are bordered here, evoking the field patterns of Salisbury Plain, Wiltshire.'
The work comes fully UV Varnished and ready to hang.
« I am constantly searching for answers and questions relating to the human condition. Art reveals our greatness and our vulnerability. »
