About this artwork
The composition of nudes in this image is constructed with the bodies seen simply as volumes and colors. The view from above and the photographic cut exclude the horizon from the view. A primordial awakening to life or a restful sleep of an atavistic fatigue that takes possession of the subjects? Interpretation is subjective. The bright and anti-naturalistic color gives a spirit of lightness and cheerfulness to the image.
