About this artwork
I have drawn this picture on a drawing paper back in 1999, based on my strong admiration for classical painting. After having finished with the drawing, I never took the initiative to transfer it on canvas until January 5, 2024.
I wanted to do something different to begin the new year. I was highly inspired that morning and I added the geometric lines to the drawing, leading to this piece.
