About this artwork
This is the drawing for the Singulart Prize 2025, Deeply Human. Focus on empathy.
First idea that came to mind, and done with the very little time available. The young female figure offers empathy and care to suffering dying horse. To be human is to be naturally and instinctively empathic. A bit of Nietzsche here.
Didn't fully enjoy the final drawing, but still dig the first sketch and thought of a bigger picture for this one
