« I love the freedom of experimentation, the joy of spontaneity. »
Bronwyn Barton is an artist based in Australia whose paintings have been exhibited nationally. While her works are diverse, they most often reflect her love of the lush wilderness of Queensland, where she lives. Barton's semi-abstract compositions are characterized by the use of many layers of color, organic shapes, and expressive mark-making. She most often creates with acrylics and pastels on canvas.
