Tom Peter

Tom Peter is a self-taught painter currently studying illustration at the Hamburg University of Applied Sciences (HAW Hamburg) and primarily works with oil on gesso board or canvas. His technique ranges from delicate details to impasto, expressive applications of color, inspired by the painters of Romanticism and Symbolism. His works open doors to mythological and fantastical worlds, conveying a sense of reverie and a welcome respite from everyday life.
