In the ancient world, the bond between woman and animal was sacred — a language older than words, a recognition that crossed the boundary between species. Panna explores that moment of meeting: two beings, eye to eye, breath to breath, understanding each other completely without a single word spoken.
This painting was born from my fascination with the quiet power of feminine intuition — the ability to communicate… through presence alone. The ram, with his ancient horns and steady gaze, is not tamed. He is met. There is a difference.
Painted in soft watercolour washes on cold press paper, the warm golden tones and loose, breathing brushwork were chosen to feel intimate and tender — a private moment made visible.
