“Strata of Memory” explores the invisible architecture of inner landscapes through the language of encaustic.
Layers of wax, pigment, embedded textures and fragments of text create a geological, almost archaeological sensation - as if the surface reveals traces of time, memory and forgotten narratives.
The composition unfolds vertically like ancient formations, where erosion, warmth, and organic patterns coexist in fragile balance.
This piece invites… the viewer to look beyond the visible and sense the emotional strata hidden beneath the surface.
