About this artwork
This 20 x 20 cm work is a realistic yet very contemporary portrait, created with a richness of color achieved through layering, painted in oil on linen. The gaze radiates a melancholic serenity, a moment of stillness in which the person is absorbed in their thoughts.
It is framed in white wood.
The work has been selected to participate in the Artelibre 25th Anniversary 2025 group exhibitions of realist art at the Atlantic Gallery in New York, Zaragoza,… and the Móstoles Art Museum. In 2026, it will be included in the Artelibre group exhibition "The Harmony of Vision" at the Hsinchu Museum in Taipei (Taiwan), the Illuminati Fine Art Gallery in Hong Kong, and in Zaragoza.
