I began this work in a calm and focused state of mind, guided by a desire to create something that exudes serenity. The canvas is mounted on another canvas, a deliberate choice to bring out the motif and play with volume. This created relief allowed me to give the composition a physical, almost palpable presence.
This painting… evokes the rocks and mineral earth of a seaside, in a soothing atmosphere. The resin captures the light and accentuates certain textures, while elements like golden leaves integrate into the decor, bringing the idea of sunlight on the rocks. Well-being, calm, and the clarity of day are reflected in every detail. My priority is always to enhance each color.
