About this artwork
I created this piece with intuitive gestures, choosing the colours driven from gut feeling, and it took me a while to understand where it came from and what it is getting at. I realised, months later, that this shape, floating in the ether, is the shape my hands form when doing intuitive yoga movements, like my hands are carving out this nest of space, filled with my energy.
