About this artwork
I’m always interested in the tension between strength and vulnerability, and you can feel that here in the solid weight of the marble contrasted with the soft, continuous curves and open spaces. The negative space is just as important as the mass—it invites you to look through the piece, walk around it, and experience it from every angle. My goal with this sculpture is to create a sense of calm motion and quiet introspection, a form that feels timeless…
yet very much alive in the present moment.
