About this artwork
The work entitled "Winter" is an evocation of winter with its cold colors reminiscent of frozen water, ice and the first snows. The colored rectangles spread with a knife overlap, creating an effect of accumulation and entanglement. The three vertical flat areas of cooled yellow, almost pale green, create focal points that punctuate the composition and bring it out of a too frozen state.
