Layered modeling pastes, sand, and chalk build relief-like volcanic cones and ridges that rise from the surface, evoking cooled magma, ash fields, and compressed geological formations.
Deep purples, greens, ochres, and dark earth tones create a charged atmosphere, balancing tension and stillness.… The textured surface suggests immense forces held beneath the ground — pressure, transformation, and latent energy. Rather than representing a specific place, the work functions as an emotional landscape, reflecting inner states shaped by intensity, restraint, and change.
