About this artwork
In this work, I combined acrylic with quartz sand to create a lively structure and depth. The geometric, organic forms symbolize the power of nature, a gentle, flowing energy. I incorporated the elements: semi-precious stones, shells, wooden hearts, mother of pearl, glass stones, wooden stars, Shiva eyes, and palm fruits, alternating within the three circles. The elements are embedded and condensed with acrylic paint. I sewed paper flowers along… the left edge of the picture, and mother-of-pearl discs are incorporated to the right of the picture. It is an expression of earth and sky in a triad. At the corners, I layered three paper hearts on top of each other and sewed them together in the middle. As in the middle, it stands for peace, joy, beauty, kindness, strength, love, silence, nature, and movement. Your home will be filled with an inspiring, powerful atmosphere. I wanted to make the connection between water and sound visually tangible.
A triad on water.
