Harbor of Time connects two temporal planes of Hamburg: the historical signal of the old water level tower and the rhythmic machine logic of the modern port. While cranes stand like frozen metronomes on the horizon, a cruise ship glides by as a moving silhouette – a moment in which urban history, industrial pulse, and transitional states become visible.
