About this artwork
The original acrylic painting "Queens Spring" was created in an intuitive creative process, in which in particular the feeling of the moment was transferred to the canvas. The awakening of spring is the theme of the painting and the sensation of the first rays of sunshine and the awakening of nature influence the movement and colourfulness of this abstract Composition. This process allows innermost feelings to be brought to the surface. The extensive…
treatment of the canvas by scratching, marking, layering and removing gives the painting a particularly exciting surface.
The colors yellow, blue, red, beige and white dominate the original artwork. The artist Franziska Ostermeier has created a cheerful abstract painting using acrylics, pastels, oil pastels and colored pencils. The original painting on canvas is stretched by hand on a stretcher frame and can be hung up immediately.
