About this artwork
In this work, I wanted to capture the meaning of life's journey: moving forward without certainties, overcoming shadows and obstacles, but always driven by the inner energy that pushes us toward our dreams. The deep blue represents the journey of life, immense and sometimes uncertain; the orange flashes represent those moments of decision, lucidity, and strength that mark a before and after in our journey.
The small format is no coincidence: it… compels one to look closely, to enter into intimacy with the work, as if it contained in miniature the entire intensity of an existence. It is a fragment of compressed vital energy, a nucleus of movement and resilience that invites each viewer to recognize themselves in their own journey.
It's not just a painting about running: it's a symbolic map of the human drive to achieve what we yearn for. Those who pause before it don't see blue light and flashing lights, but rather a reflection of their own journey toward the impossible.
