The diptych is painted in a fantasy style. The left picture represents day, the right one represents night. The main element of both pictures is the figure of the eagle, which often appeared in European heraldry and symbolized air for medieval alchemists. The depiction of these birds is intended to underline the place, the action and the atmosphere, as well as to trigger a series of associative ideas in the viewer: falcon hunting, eagle-air of the… alchemists, the eagle in the Gospel, the eagle of the conquerors, imperial symbol of ancient Rome, etc. In both compositions-pictograms (coded messages) the bird is depicted differently. The dynamic flight, the violent explosion of movement in the left picture symbolizes development, the constant striving for change. The semi-heraldic frozen figure in the right picture is a symbol of tradition, conservatism and aging. Many small details can be discovered in both pictures.
We are surrounded by an incomprehensible world in which you can get lost. We look into it and try to find ourselves. This is an ongoing process. The artist sees deeper and tries to convey what he saw. What he was able to see and express becomes a fact that did not exist before. The artist's life is a journey. He will never be satisfied until the end. He will always look into this world and create facts. Connoisseurs will look for definitions, connoisseurs will discover new colors, children will enjoy pictures. At some point the artist asks himself and others: "What is happening? What is this world, where are we? What is this life we live?" He collects his work and makes an exhibition. Most likely, there will be no exact answer, new questions arise that are the engines of this journey called life.
