About this artwork
This sculpture stands as a small monument to the importance of our own guidance system. In these troubled times, it is crucial to remain steadfast to our own path, and not be swayed by the changing landscape of humanity. This work is about navigating through the cosmos, each with our own inner journey: carved in her hand, a compass, on her back, the Milky Way, and on her chest, our solar system.
