About this artwork
This painting is part of my ongoing exploration of nature as an emotional landscape. Inspired by the shifting forms and colors of a garden, I approached the canvas not to depict a place, but to translate the sensations of being within it — the movement of light, the density of growth, the pulse of life beneath the surface.
Influenced by Joan Mitchell’s gestural intensity, I work through layers of color and texture to build a visual rhythm that feels… alive and unpredictable. The gestures are spontaneous yet responsive an echo of how a garden grows, entangles, and renews itself. The painting becomes a In this piece, I poured my emotions into every swirling stroke of oil and pigment, capturing the vibrant pulse of nature's energy.
