About this artwork
Remembering being a shy little girl in the 50s era when her parents had a soda fountain shop, a place to get a snack, like a cafe. When the customers, mostly teenagers came, Jaye, a toddler, would run and hide under a booth table! Collapsing into those memories she also recalled the lovely gray, black and pink argyle sweaters, bobby socks, and saddle shoes. She was grateful to be alive and to have these memories, all of which she communicated in…
this space in this time. The end result was experiencing the happiness in living right here right now! The dimensions listed are for artwork, the frame is light wood and is 16" x 20"
