Dreams of cool evenings filled with hot notes of Jazz music! Latin Jazz, Jazz Fusion, all kinds of Jazz! And dancing to the music under the stars. Heady thoughts, warm bodies, music blaring across a field from an outdoor stage. These are things that the artist loves. She enjoys the sounds of well performed instruments that send you on a cloud of good vibrations. These colors, pinks, chartreuse, green and more invite one to think of saxophones and…
pianos and cellos and drums and guitars, and horns, and wind instruments just blasting off! In Jaye's own words, "My husband is a composer and in the past we have had a nice group of people with whom to perform, including Paul McCandless, Margie Salcedo Rice, George Husaruk and John Hooper. I was fortunate to be the singer and feel the music flow through me." The artist believes that the sounds that one hears in her environment affect the art that is made.
