About this artwork
I created this artwork using modified carved animals from my collection of traveling mementoes. I have altered them in sze, color and patterns. They reminded me of trips to North America (stag), South/Central America (lizard) and Africa (giraffe). I believe they make a fine composition in a large striking painting. The background pattern and colors are my own creation. As usual, I used a dramatic overhead point of view with strong shadows to give…
