About this artwork
From the bridge above I found this colourful gondola rather entrancing. It is tied up and not in use at the moment I saw it but there's something a bit different looking from this angle. I feel I have an intimate look into the life of a gondolier, which seems quite sparse and simple. There's no clutter, just an attractive colour to the interior of this iconic boat.
