About this artwork

"Feathers And Frescoes", is a 12" x 9" or 30.48cm x 22.86cm original watercolor and ink painting of a lovely interior in a Tuscan home. The warm walls and arched ceilings in this room reminded me of the warmth of a 12th century Tuscan farmhouse where I taught my first international painting workshop many years ago! Frogs sang us to sleep and we awoke each morning to the sound of chickens.

This painting comes with a certificate of authenticity. It… has been painted with Rembrandt professional watercolor paints and archival ink. The paper is Arches, French-made all cotton 300gsm watercolor paper.

Subjects include garden landscapes, Giverny and European cityscapes as well as some interior scenes!
