About this artwork
I’ve always loved the vibe of the California coast. The energy, the people, the colours, the surfing.
For me, the California coast has always been a reminder to chill. To just slow down a bit and breathe. To let things be simple. To take in the moment before it passes. And that’s the feeling I wanted this piece to carry.
This piece was inspired by that stretch of coast and the calm it brings. I wanted to capture the light sparkling sand and the… rough rocky coastline.
